Desks can be functional and small with luxury fittings built in like room for essentials like stationary and utensils. Others functional to the maximum a place for pretty much anything an office could needs and still room put some personal effects in view. There may be aisles of desks for telesales personnel to act as drones reading from scripts with only the keyboard, screen and telephone.
